Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, there is a class for you. You’ll need a GI (uniform) to participate in the training, and you can rent one at the first class.
Body of Armor BOA training
The Aerobis Battle Body of Armor training system is a martial arts and combat sports program that combines lifting, cardio, and running training. While this style of training still focuses on combat needs, it has expanded to include individuals from all walks of life. There are three main types of programs: Fighter, Athlete, and Beginner.
Ultimate Athletes train in this system, which focuses on lifting and fitness. These athletes train hard for a variety of different events, including MMA, grappling, and karate. BOA training helps to sharpen the combative skills of MMA fighters and builds their stamina. They learn proper form and technique through drills and competitions, incorporating grappling challenges and lifting workouts.
